In today’s (chronological) Bible reading… Romans 9-12… we can almost feel Paul’s deep spiritual concern for his own people, the Jews.

Maybe you have a loved one… or a close friend… who has not yet trusted in Jesus Christ for his/her salvation.  If so, you can certainly empathize with Paul’s concern.  To know you have what others so desperately need… yet, they cannot see it.  You do what you can – when you can, yet they just don’t get it.

So, what can you do?  You can:

–  Pray.  God’s efforts will always do more than yours can, anyway.

–  Plan.  be creative… and keep looking for opportunities to share Jesus and His love.

–  Persevere.  Don’t quit.  The reward is worth the effort!

Also, think about this…

If you don’t personally know any lost people… why not?

And, if you don’t personally know any lost people… are you as concerned as you ought to be?
